This policy explains how Novix Forge ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit novixforge.com or contact us. We keep data collection to the minimum we need to run the website and reply to you.

Who is responsible

What we collect

Messages you send us. When you email us or message us on Facebook, we receive your name, contact details and anything you choose to include. We use this only to reply and to discuss your project.
Analytics, only with your consent. If you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and approximate location. We use Google Consent Mode: if you decline, no analytics cookies are stored and Google receives only basic, cookieless signals (such as a page view without identifiers), which it may use to estimate overall traffic.
Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site securely and protect it from attacks.

Cookies

The site sets no analytics cookies unless you accept them. Your choice is stored in your browser so we don't ask again. You can change it at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the home page.

Who we share data with

We don't sell personal data. We use these service providers to run the site:

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security and email forwarding)
Google LLC (Google Analytics, only with your consent)
Meta Platforms (if you contact us through Facebook)

Some of these providers may process data outside your country, under their own safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or project, and for any records the law requires us to keep. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR in the EU and UK, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its use, or withdraw consent. Email contact@novixforge.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We'll update this page if the way we handle data changes, and change the date at the top.
